With reference to the IRDAI Circular IRDAI/HLT/GDL/CIR/114/07/2018 dated 27th July, 2018, all the existing Network Providers shall, comply with the following:

  • Register with registry of Hospitals (ROHINI) maintained by IIB.
  • Obtain either Pre-entry level Certificate (or higher level certificate) issued by NABH or State Level Certificate (or higher level certificate) under NQAS issued by NHSRC

  • Gap Assessment of hospital as per NABH standards.
  • NABH Sanitization program
  • Ongoing identification of the gaps in relation to the compliance with NABH standards.
  • Guide and help hospital team for implementation of NABH standards.
  • Conducting Training Programs about the requirement of the NABH standards as per hospital needs.
  • Facilitate the process to develop a structure for quality program in the hospital to meet the accreditation requirements. Prepare the hospital and guiding for implementation NABH standards and to achieve the accreditation through meeting all the requirements.
  • Conduct mock survey and help in gap closure.
  • Review existing policies and guiding in developing in the same as well documentation.
  • Provide templates of all policies, forms, signages as required.
  • Support in filling application to NABH.
  • Accompaniment through assessment.
  • Guide in filling gaps observed in NABH assessment.
